Privacy notice

Last updated 24 October 2026.

Who is responsible

247 CyberLabs Limited, 20 Harcourt Street, Dublin D02 H364, Ireland (company no. 548840) is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about it through thecontact form or by post at that address.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, your message, and your agreement to be contacted. The site has no accounts and no advertising or social-media trackers; its audience measurement is cookieless and identifies nobody (see the cookie notice).

Like any website, our host also processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser details) to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

Why, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry, on the basis of the consent you give with the checkbox on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, if your enquiry leads to an engagement, the steps you ask us to take before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To run and secure the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping it available and safe (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the contact form and counts page views in aggregate.
  • Resend delivers each form submission as an email to our business mailbox.

Both act on our instructions. The site itself stores nothing: a submission exists only as that email. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, the transfer relies on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for 12 months after our last exchange about it, then delete it. If it leads to an engagement, it becomes part of that engagement's records and is kept as our contract and legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us through the contact form.

You can also complain to the IrishData Protection Commission, our lead supervisory authority, or to the authority where you live; in France, theCNIL.
